Prue, Piper and Phoebe must stop a time loop caused by Tempus. As a warlock makes plans for his attempt to kill the Charmed Ones, he receives a visit from Tempus, a demon who will turn back time until the warlock succeeds in killing all the sisters. Meanwhile, because of the endless loop, Phoebe has a number of strong cases of deja vu, and she even sees Andy's death at the hand of a warlock. A demon who is disguised as 'Inspector Rodriguez' threatens Andy that he will send him to jail for the cases he helped cover up for Prue, Piper, and Phoebe and also expose the girls as witches. Phoebe has a premonition of Andy being killed by a demon. Rodriguez goes after the sisters in attempt to kill them and ends up getting killed by them. Unfortunately, he is helped my a demon named Tempus who has the power to set back time & gives Rodriguez multiple chances to learn from his mistakes & get the job done. Each time he sets back the day, Phoebe keeps remembering what happened that day including the premonition she had of Andy dying. The third Wednesday, Andy sees that Rodriguez is a demon. He runs into the house but is killed protecting the sisters. Finally, Prue figures how to vanquish Tempus & so be able to kill Rodriguez. Sadly, the only way is to let the man she still loves die.
