Release Message:  Hector Heatchcote (voiced by John Myhers) takes part in the American Revolution. He wanted to be a Minuteman, but his best time was always at least 30 seconds behind.

Description:  Hector gets involved with the Minutemen during the American Revolution. In his case, however, he's the Minute and a Half Man. Poor Hector wanted to be a Minuteman, but his best time was always at least 30 seconds behind. Hector finally uses that lateness to defeat the British. He devises a whole bunch of gadgets and contraptions so that he won't be that half-minute late to call. When the Redcoats appear, he manages to save the day- by accident- and become a hero.
