At the urging of his mother, Mike (Nique Needles) goes to a seaside town. Here, he's to meet with a stranger named Joe Bogart (Max Gillies), who might have known Mike's long-absent father. Right away, Mike realizes something's not quite right. Perhaps it's that Joe is an alien with green skin? In a film that blends alternative history with traditional storytelling, Joe and Mike team up for a time-bending mission aimed at resolving personal concerns and altering the outcome of a war.
