Release Message:  During a discussion with General Chipman about the fight for the rights of African-Americans, President Lincoln disappears, time traveling to the CA State Fair , 2013. Discovering all that the Fair has to offer, he sees the results of the passage of the Emancipation Proclamation. When he returns to his own time, he is renewed as he knows that slavery will be abolished.
