Description:  A reporter, learning of time travelers visiting 20th century disasters, tries to change the history they know by averting upcoming disasters. Two reporters stumble upon a time travelling tourist who is wandering through the timelines visiting the sites of great disasters. They know that he's due to show up again in a few days, so obviously another disaster is in the offing-but do they have the right to try to prevent it from happening?
